Order Placement & Acceptance
Order Submission
When you place an order for air fryers, enamel pots, storage boxes, or other products through our website, email, or other authorized channels, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. The price includes applicable U.S. sales tax (calculated based on your shipping address) and excludes shipping, customization, and bulk order fees (unless specified otherwise).
You confirm that all information provided at checkout (including shipping address, product model, payment details, and contact information) is accurate and complete. For custom orders (e.g., engraved enamel pots, printed storage boxes), you verify that all customization details are correct to ensure the final product meets your requirements.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. Your order is only considered accepted when we send you a written order confirmation email containing your order number, product details, and estimated delivery date. We may reject orders for the following reasons: product out of stock (e.g., a limited-edition air fryer is sold out); pricing errors (e.g., a typo in the price of an enamel pot set); suspected fraudulent activity (e.g., use of stolen payment information); inability to deliver to your specified address (e.g., remote areas not covered by our couriers).
If we reject your order, we will notify you within 2 business days and issue a full refund for any payments already processed — the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
You may modify or cancel your order only if it has not yet entered the production or shipping process (i.e., before you receive a "production started" or "shipment confirmed" notification). To modify or cancel an order, send an email to our customer support mailbox with the subject line "Order Modification/Cancellation - [Your Order Number]" and include your full name and the details of the requested change (e.g., adjusting the capacity of an air fryer, changing the color of an enamel pot, canceling the order entirely).
We will process valid modification or cancellation requests within 1 business day and send you a confirmation email. If your order has already entered production (especially for customized items like engraved enamel pots or printed storage boxes) or been shipped, we cannot accept modifications or cancellations. In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for further options.
Product Information & Liability
All product descriptions, specifications, and images (including those for air fryers, enamel pots, and storage boxes) on our website are for informational purposes only. We strive to ensure the accuracy of this information, but we do not guarantee that all details (e.g., colors, dimensions, functional descriptions) are 100% error-free. Minor variations in product appearance or specifications may occur due to manufacturing batches or updates, and such variations do not constitute a defect.
You acknowledge that air fryers are electrical appliances, and their performance may vary depending on usage habits and food types. We are not liable for any damage or injury caused by improper use, failure to follow the product manual, or modification of the product. It is your responsibility to read the user guide carefully before using any electrical kitchenware, especially air fryers with multiple functional settings.
We are not liable for damages to enamel pots or storage boxes caused by accidental drops, collisions, or improper use of abrasive cleaners. For air fryers, use only the power adapters provided by us; using non-compatible adapters may cause safety hazards, and we will not be responsible for any resulting damages.
User Obligations
When using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following obligations: (1) Provide true, accurate, and complete information during checkout and account registration (if applicable); (2) Use our products in accordance with the user manual and applicable laws and regulations; (3) Not resell our products for commercial purposes without our prior written consent (except for authorized retailers); (4) Not use our website or services for any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities (e.g., placing fake orders, stealing product images for counterfeiting).
If you violate any of these obligations and cause losses to us (e.g., reputation damage, financial losses from fake orders), we reserve the right to pursue legal liability and claim compensation.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to our products and website (including but not limited to product designs, logos, trademarks, text content, images, and software) are owned by us or our authorized partners. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute these intellectual property materials without our prior written permission.
This includes but is not limited to: (1) Copying product images of air fryers, enamel pots, or storage boxes for use on other e-commerce platforms; (2) Using our brand logo on counterfeit products; (3) Reproducing our product user guides or policy documents for commercial purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or property damage) arising from your purchase or use of our products, or from any errors or omissions in product information.
Our total liability for any direct damages related to the purchase of our products shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product that caused the damage. This limitation of liability applies regardless of whether the damage is caused by negligence, breach of contract, or other reasons, except for damages caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions (including but not limited to order disputes, product liability disputes) shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between you and us. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court in Los Angeles County, California.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes (e.g., changes to order cancellation policies, limitation of liability clauses), we will notify you by posting the updated Terms & Conditions on our website and sending a notification to your registered email address (if you have an account with us).
The updated Terms & Conditions will take effect 7 days after the notification is sent. Your continued use of our website or purchase of our products after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy, and other applicable policies posted on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your purchase and use of our products. Any prior agreements, understandings, or promises (whether oral or written) between you and us are superseded by these Terms & Conditions.
