Q2: How to clean and maintain enamel pots to prevent chipping?
A: To keep your enamel pot in good condition, follow these cleaning and maintenance tips: Cleaning: Allow the pot to cool completely before cleaning. Use a soft sponge or cloth and mild detergent (avoid abrasive cleaners or steel wool) to wipe the surface. For tough stains, soak the pot in warm soapy water for 15–20 minutes before cleaning. Maintenance: Avoid collisions with hard objects (e.g., metal utensils, other pots) to prevent chipping. Do not use the pot on high heat for extended periods; use medium heat for most cooking tasks. Dry the pot thoroughly after cleaning to prevent water spots. Store the pot in a dry place, and avoid stacking heavy items on top of it.
Q3: Are your storage boxes food-safe? Can they be used in the refrigerator or freezer?
A: Yes! All our storage boxes are made of BPA-free, food-grade PP or PET materials that meet FDA standards, so they are safe for storing food. Most of our storage boxes are suitable for use in the refrigerator and freezer (please check the product description for specific models). For refrigerator use: They can keep food fresh and prevent cross-contamination of odors. For freezer use: They are resistant to low temperatures (down to -20°F) and will not crack or deform. Note: Do not microwave the storage boxes unless the product is explicitly marked as microwave-safe. Avoid using them for storing hot food (above 120°F) to prevent damage to the seals.
Q4: Do your products come with a warranty? What does the warranty cover?

Does not cover damage from water immersion, dropping, or improper use. Does not cover damage from collision, overheating, or use of abrasive cleaners. Storage Boxes: 30-day warranty for non-customized boxes, covering manufacturing defects such as cracked bodies, broken hinges, and defective seals. Customized storage boxes have a 15-day warranty covering customization errors or manufacturing defects. Does not cover damage from overloading or improper storage. To file a warranty claim, send an email to our customer support team with your order number and photos of the issue — we will resolve it within 3 business days.

Customization takes 3–5 business days, with a small additional fee. Storage Boxes: Print custom patterns or logos on the box surface.
