Eligibility Criteria
In accordance with the U.S. Consumer Rights Act and kitchenware safety regulations, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of product delivery, which must meet the following kitchenware-specific quality and safety standards:
Eligible Items

Unused, Unopened, with Intact Original Packaging: Air fryers (sealed in original boxes, no usage traces, unopened lids), enamel pots (unopened, no scratches or dents), storage boxes (unopened, no cracks or damage to seals).

Defective Items: Products with manufacturing defects (e.g., non-functional heating elements of air fryers, chipped enamel coatings, broken hinges of storage boxes) or shipping damage (e.g., dented air fryer casings, bent enamel pot handles, crushed storage box packaging).

Incorrect Items: Products that do not match your order (e.g., wrong capacity of air fryer, non-stick enamel pot instead of the ordered cast iron one, wrong size of storage box).

Safety-Related Items: Products that fail to meet U.S. kitchenware safety standards (e.g., air fryers with overheating risks, enamel pots with lead content exceeding limits, storage boxes with harmful chemical emissions) — we offer full refunds plus free return shipping for such items.
Non-Eligible Items

Used/Opened Items: Products that have been used, cleaned, or installed (e.g., air fryers with food residue, enamel pots with usage marks, storage boxes with damaged seals due to opening) — due to hygiene restrictions and resale limitations for kitchenware that comes into contact with food.

Custom-Made Items: Personalized engraved enamel pots, custom-sized storage boxes, or tailored air fryer accessories cannot be returned unless they have manufacturing defects — we will confirm this with you before processing custom orders.

Items Damaged by Misuse: Products damaged due to improper use or storage (e.g., air fryers damaged by water immersion, enamel pots chipped due to collision with hard objects, storage boxes cracked by overloading).
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
Submit a Request: Send an email to our customer support mailbox with the following information: your full name, order number, and shipping address; detailed product information (e.g., "8-Quart Digital Air Fryer Model X1," "2-Quart Cast Iron Enamel Pot," "Airtight Storage Box Set of 5"); reason for return/exchange (e.g., "air fryer doesn't heat up," "enamel pot has a chip," "storage box hinges are broken," "received wrong capacity"); and supporting materials (for damaged/defective items: clear photos or videos showing the problem and the original packaging; for incorrect items: photos comparing the received product with your order confirmation). We will review your request within 2 business days and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved. Please note that returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
Prepare the Return Items: For air fryers, repack all parts (device body, power cord, accessories, user manual) into the original box — ensure the box is sealed securely to prevent damage during return shipping. For enamel pots, repack in the original box with all accessories (lids, handles, cleaning cloths) — ensure no additional scratches on the pot surface. For storage boxes, wrap in bubble wrap and repack in the original padded box to prevent cracking during transit; for sets, ensure all pieces are included and securely fixed.
Arrange Return Shipping: For defective/incorrect/safety-related items, we will provide you with a free pre-paid return shipping label — no need for you to pay any shipping fees. For change of mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping fee, which varies by product size and weight: Air Fryer: $15.99 flat fee (standard-sized); $22.99 flat fee (large-sized); Enamel Pot: $8.99 flat fee (single piece); $14.99 flat fee (set of 2+); Storage Box: $5.99 flat fee (single piece); $9.99 flat fee (set of 5+). Please use a trackable shipping service and share the tracking number with us via email. Return Address: 123 Kitchenware Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90001, USA. Returned items must arrive at our warehouse within 14 days of RA approval — delays beyond this period may affect your return eligibility.
Refund & Exchange Timelines

Refunds: Processed within 3–5 business days after we inspect and confirm the returned items. For defective/incorrect/safety-related items, you will receive a full refund of the product price plus the original shipping fee (no deductions). For change of mind returns, the refund amount is the product price minus the return shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee (to cover the cost of repackaging, safety inspection, and reshelving kitchenware). Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, and your bank may take 3–5 additional business days to process the refund.

Exchanges: For same product replacement (e.g., a new air fryer to replace a malfunctioning one, a new enamel pot to replace a chipped one), we will ship the replacement product within 5–7 business days with free delivery. For model/capacity/size exchange (e.g., exchanging a 5-quart air fryer for an 8-quart one, a small enamel pot for a large one, a single storage box for a set), we will process the exchange after verifying the returned items. You need to pay the price difference if the new item is more expensive, or we will issue a partial refund if the new item is cheaper.
4. Shipping Policy
Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping services to all 50 states of the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we do not provide international shipping at this time (e.g., Canada, Mexico, or other countries). For customers in remote areas (e.g., some regions of Alaska or Hawaii), additional shipping time may be required, and we will notify you of the estimated delivery date via email after order confirmation.
Delivery Timeframes
The delivery timeframe consists of processing time and shipping time, and varies depending on the product type and your location:

Processing Time: Standard products (non-customized air fryers, enamel pots, and storage boxes) will be processed within 1–2 business days. Customized products (e.g., engraved enamel pots, custom-sized storage boxes) require additional 3–5 business days for production and quality inspection before shipping.

Shipping Time: After processing, the delivery time is as follows: Continental U.S.: 3–5 business days via standard shipping (USPS/FedEx); Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: 5–7 business days via standard shipping. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available for an additional fee, and overnight shipping (next business day) is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday).
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your shipping address, product weight, and shipping method. The specific fee standards are as follows:

Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $60 (after tax). For orders under $60, the flat shipping fee is $6.99 (Continental U.S.); $14.99 (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico).

Expedited Shipping: Flat fee of $17.99 (Continental U.S.); $27.99 (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico), regardless of order amount.

Overnight Shipping: Flat fee of $32.99 (Continental U.S., available for most areas); Not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Heavy/Large Items: For large-sized air fryers (over 10 quarts) or oversized storage boxes (over 20 inches), an additional heavy-item shipping fee of $12.99 will be applied, even for orders over $60.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address, which includes a unique tracking number and a link to track the delivery status (via USPS/FedEx official website). You can also check the order status and tracking information by logging into your account on our store website (if you have registered an account).
Shipping Restrictions & Special Notes

Product-Specific Shipping Requirements: Air fryers contain electronic components, so they will be shipped with appropriate padding to prevent damage during transit. Enamel pots are packaged in shockproof boxes with foam inserts to avoid chipping. Storage boxes with airtight seals are wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent seal damage.

Failed Delivery Attempts: If the courier makes 2 consecutive delivery attempts and fails (e.g., no one is available to receive the package), the package will be returned to our warehouse. We will notify you via email once we receive the returned package, and you can choose to reschedule shipping (additional shipping fee may apply) or request a refund (minus the original shipping fee).

Missing or Damaged Packages: If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact our customer support within 3 business days. We will work with the courier to investigate the issue. If the package is confirmed lost or damaged during shipping, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement product for free.

Holiday Shipping: During peak holiday seasons (e.g., Christmas, Thanksgiving, Black Friday), processing and shipping times may be extended by 1–2 business days. We recommend placing orders in advance to ensure timely delivery, and we will post holiday shipping notices on our website homepage.
